Site Visit and Initial Consultation
I work with each client to develop a custom landscape plan and to supervise the installation of each design by one or more of my crews. My goal is to understand your needs and interpret your vision. My design process builds on a series of meetings with you to ensure that your ideas are heard and integrated into the design.
Master Design Plan
Once we have a plan, I request bids from crews with whom I work on a regular basis. This approach ensures high quality, control over scheduling and consistent pricing. I work with a handful of contractors who specialize in masonry and stone work and others who specialize in site preparation and plant installation. I select and purchase plants from superb nurseries along the East Coast. I also work with excellent suppliers for fencing, landscape lighting, irrigation and other specialities.
Management Services
The crews install the landscape under my supervision. I coordinate start-to-finish installation services from site preparation and stone work to planting, irrigation and coordination with specialty providers. Once the job is complete, I return on a regular basis to check plants and provide maintenance instructions. The majority of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals from existing clients.
