Essex Avenue

At the end of an extensive remodel, our client contacted us for landscaping help. We designed a new entrance garden and back deck to reduced runoff and support pollinators. By removing the existing stone terrace and replacing it with segmental steppers and native plants, we qualified for a rebate under Montgomery County’s RainScapes program. Board-formed concrete steppers and porch, weathered steel planters and outdoor lighting added midcentury modern style. Installed in 2023, this garden should pop with color as it matures.
