North Fillmore Street

This mid-century, split-level home needed updating. Removing the large magnolia tree that blocked the entrance, building a new portico and retaining walls and planting soft grasses, native shrubs and Chinese fringe trees added contemporary flair. Case Design did the remodeling work.
